Delivery Policy

Overview

At PhantomArenas, service delivery will begin only after full payment has been successfully received and all necessary details have been provided, including game login credentials, preferences, or scheduling confirmation.

Estimated Fulfilment Duration

• Boosting Services: Typically completed within 1–3 business days
• Coaching Sessions: Arranged within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of player preferences
• Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, if the session is not utilized, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on in-game conditions, order demand, or special requirements
• All services are delivered digitally; no physical items will be shipped
• Customers will be notified of any schedule changes or potential delays

Delivery Delays

PhantomArenas is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete account information provided
• Game server maintenance or downtime
• Unavoidable circumstances (such as internet disruptions, natural events, or force majeure)

We will inform you promptly in the event of any delays.

Once your service has been completed, you will receive a confirmation via email or through your account dashboard.
